E36 M3 price in '95?

Hey guys

Ok so I have a bet going on and need to prove the price of an E36 M3 in 1995. If I remember correctly it was R210k. I just cant find anything on the net that gives car prices for '95! :argh:

Does anyone have any scans/old docs or SOMETHING to show pricing?

There is a app on the forums (If you search you will find it) that states that it was R258,200.00

Was reading the post above and one said it was and others said it was R258k...guess it was the R258k..

Yeah according to this thread which takes you to a test of the M done in Feb 94, price was listed at R209k : http://www.bmwfanatics.co.za/showthread.php?tid=34358

The bet was with my uncle who insisted he paid R240k when he bought his in '95. And I was so sure listed price in '95 was R210k. He was right after all. lol

Then went to R210K in 1994
Then R229K by early 1995 and by April they where R245k
Last two door early 1996 was R254k orders stopped due to introduction of four door which I think started at R255K
