E36 M3 key remote

Hi guys,

is it posible to close the windows and sunroof with my key remote? If so, how?

when you press the lock button dont let go keep it pressed down for a couple of seconds and the windows will start closing followed by the roof:=):

Nope i dont think it does, well mine doesnt. I think only E46 up can do it.

i know that if you slot the key and then turn it , it will either lock the windows or open them.

Do you have the 3 button remote or 2 button. Mine has the 2 button one. I think it came with the older models.

Maybe needs reprogramming or something?

As far as I know, you can't. Only e46 can.

You can slot the key in the e36 drivers door and hold to open or close the windows and sunroof.

When I had my 2door I looked into getting the one touch sunroof close function and its possible with the addition of a new module . I am sure this feature can be enabled if you have the module that controls this with your key
