E36 M3 diff mod...

i think its about time i do my 3.2 diff as well
i bought the crown wheel and pinion from shaun over a year ago and still havent fitted it:facepalm:

the blue one
already have a 3.9 ratio on the yellow one

Subscribed, I’ve been thinking about doing this on my Z3 M Coupe, but I need to drop in a 6 speed box as well…. Not so much a “poor man’s” supercharger…

Will not work on 3.0l , diff casing is smaller

The M Coupe is a 3.2l, in my case a S50... others are S54.
