E36 M3 fault code

Hi everyone,

I have a 1997 BMW E36 M3 sedan, based in Pretoria.

I am struggling with a diagnosis on my car.
Error code: 9B MS 850 control-module fault, fault memory, master.

It re-appears every time I clear it and also show my intake air sensor faulty, I replaced it 2 times already but it still show the car intake temperature is running at -48 deg.

I recently replaced the DME relay but this was also not solving my issue, please can anyone advise me on what to do?
