E36 Heater valve

I want to remove the defunct heater valve that sits ahead of the bulkhead and connect the pipes that are supposed to feed the heater matrix under the dash with a bypass pipe in order to cut out the heater. At this stage with the summer coming on the heater is not needed, not in our neck of the woods anyway.
I need to know which of the three pipes to just blank off and which to connect with one another to keep the flow going. Can anyone tell me?
