E36 BMW323iM Edition Losing Power at low rpm

Hi All
I have a 1998 E36 323iM Edition with 260 000km on the clock.
When I floor the acceleartor at low revs in any gear, the car jerks and if I keep the accelerator flat, it will eventually slow down to a complete stop. If I stop and restart the car, it's as if nothing happened (until I floor the accelerator at around 1500rpm-2000rpm.
This has all happened after it had done an inspection service.
I have changed the Fuel Filter and the Fuel Pump since but this has not sorted the problem.
The car has been diagnosed and no errors have come up.

Can Anyone Help and suggest what the problem could be?

Welcome to the fanatics forum .
Does the car idle normally ? Does it pull normally if you accelerate at say 1/2 throttle ? Does it lose power on uphills ?
Are spark plugs good ? Tappet cover gasket laeking oil into spark plug holes ? You can check the resistance of the coils by checking the resistance reading across the two outer terminals and see if all 6 are close .

Thanks for the replies :
The Car Idles perfectly with no shaking etc.
It pulls normally, but only at the higher revs (above 2500rpm)
It does lose power uphills if I'm at low revs (below 2500rpm) and I floor the accelerator to get past someone. It almost feels like there is no response for the first 3-5 seconds when my foot is flat.
The Spark Plugs should be brand new as I just had an Inpection Service done 2500km ago.
I have picked up no OIL Leaks.
I will go back to my servicing agent and re-check all that you have posted above.
Thanks for your feedback.
