Did you get sorted yet? I think the change in fluid caused the brake piston(s) of that caliper to stick, you need to change the seals in the rear calipers for it to work properly again.

After reading your post again I realised what happened, some dirt or solids moved from the brake lines into the caliper, and this causes the piston to stick, so the caliper itself needs to be removed and serviced.

This makes sense. I could not get the other pads into the caliper because I could not compress the piston.

I reused the pads and gave everything a good clean. Problem seems to be getting worse though.

Guess I need to drive the M5 everyday until I get this sorted.

No probs, hope you get it right, can also be a blockage in the line preventing the caliper piston returning to its "open" position.

So I just finished rebuilding the caliper and going for a drive. All seems well but I will only know for sure on my way to work on Tuesday.

I had to use existing seals because BMW want ~R450 for the seal kit and are completely out of stock.

So this morning I did not get the horrible vibrations I usually get during my commute to work. This could either be because it was drizzling this morning which would have provided some additional cooling to the rotors or my caliper 'rebuild' fixed the issue.

Only time will tell.

Why didn't you try Midas, Autozone or Goldwagen for the kit? Most of them stock it.

I was not aware that they would stock these but thanks. Good to know for future.
