E36 323i with M3 full exhaust

Hey guys
Might get my hands on a full m3 exhaust system incl branches next week.
Now I know it bolts right on, but how and if I cant do it myself where would I take it for them to fit for cheeeep!
If anyone knows complications with this mod let me know, also possible power gains? heard around 20hp.

20hp from exhaust....I dunno about that. Should sound good though.
