So my 540 is giving me crap.
I make it a point to check all vital fluids on the car every weekend.
I discovered I had a intake leak on the ICV, fixed that with silicone for a month until I can take the entire intake off. I see that I still have a leak on the actual TB housing.
Anyway, I checked the clutch fluid for the first time in ages, and noticed that it was empty :nono: (Clutch has been fine, which is why I hardly check it)
I topped it up, and the next morning I had clutch problems, CBF can only see the car on thursday, but a few pumps can get the clutch going, so I guess its just find the leak and bleed.
Today, for no reason what so ever, she died in the parking lot, restarted her, and I see the revs kept on dropping to below 500 and then she dies.
I drove her home, and I could do this by keeping the revs up, she drove with a bit of a miss, worse at low RPM, but keeping her above 3k and she was ok.
Now, I suspect that this could be fuel delivery, as its either fuel or spark, but the clutch thing is just way too much of a co-inky-dink...
Whats the chances that the crank position sensor could be stuffing around due to the clutch issue, does the M60 even have one, I cant recall seeing one..
Will try and get her DIS'd this weekend,
