Hi Guys,

i'm Avi I have a 1992 E34 M5. Looking forward to having awesome times with this club. I was first quite hesitant to join another club but after spending a day with you guys at FR&R dyno day it's seems as if you guys are quite cool.

Here are some pics :

Welcome,

I was fortunte enough to have owned one in anther life, still miss her much.

Not such fan of the streched rear wheels better suited for RWD Escourt but hey your money your choices.

I recommended you reach out to Rick540i on the forum on advice for restoring her to glory he has done one recently is a mine of information.

Saw you at the FR&R day, but you made a real ass of yourself doing that burn out and revving the shit out of your car every 10 seconds.

That's not how BMW fanatics behave in public. If you're going to be part of this club, please don't make an ass of the club. Arbee spent countless hours organizing the event, trying damn hard to put The BMW fanatic name in good light, and you come and piss all over it. Not cool. One rev here or there is ok, but you constantly revved the tits off your poor car before even getting onto the Dyno, then do a massive burn out in the parking lot. For what??

That shit gets our club banned from being able to use premises like FR&R. THere is always a time and a place for theatrics. Not in a public parking with Kids around.

Not cool.

I Agree with Crash....Are you going to assist with stone chips on the cars that was behind you?

And yes revving your car whenever you jumped in it was very annoying. Sounded great when you arrived but slowing became an earache

Hey dude,

Sorry for your bad experience... Next time if you have an issue come address it with me don't wait for the whole event to finish then a few weeks later throw your toys. If I have offended anyone by the doing the burnout I truly apologize and now know the rules of BMW fanatics. The main reason for the revving was to get the oil temp up before the dyno but should I have known that the constant revving was disapproved I would have rather taken the car for a drive around the block before the dyno.

Regards...

I actually was going to come and talk to you but was asked not to.

And the excuse of keeping the oil temp up? Rubbish man, just let the car idle. It will automatically get to its operating temp on it's own. You were redlining the car... that's not warming it up, that heatsoaking it and looking for attention. I got tonnes of video of you doing it, so don't pretend you had alternative motives. You were doing it for almost 45 minutes man. I'm pretty damn sure the car was more than warm.

If I didn't kak you out today, I bet my bottom dollar, come the next event, you'd do the same damn thing, and get us all banned from the venue.

I too like to rev my car and let people hear it, but there is a time and a place.

Keep that in mind.
