Mmmmm the price of good ones is skyrocketing I see.

Considering just how much enjoyment I'm getting out of mine, this looks like a deal.

If the mileage is genuine and the car's history is 100% (i.e. no accident damage, fsh, etc), then I reckon that price is realistic. Of course, pics don't always tell the full story.

Definitely not the same red one, the other one had a black interior.

I have to say just from the pics this one doesn't look too bad just a bit dirty. Although pricey it is not that bad actually it is still a good way less than most guys want for their ruined 325is' and this is a much better car.

Only thing that bugs me on this car is the aftermarket radio :thumbdo:

If I had something like this I would keep it 100% stock.

Yup these cars don't need hectic stereos , hopefully they never cut the back parts out .

Yeah but at least that is not too hard to revert back to stock and if it just the radio that is changed then it is definitely not a deal-breaker on a car like this if it is otherwise in good condition.
There is a chance that the owner just put in a different radio so he could listen to his CD's or something like that.

Nope......

The stock radio works via a propriatary data bus from the front to a tuner and amp in the boot. the wires then run to the amp and then from the separate amp in the boot through active crossovers to the 10 speakers in the car.

The simple fact I see an aftermarket radio means thay have hacked away at the wiring crossovers quite nicely to fit the piece of carp in there.

Easy to revert I do not think so, just ask me how I know

Even so, you can still just remove it and fit a period radio whether it is connected or not I personally wouldn't care as I would never even turn it on, no point for a radio in a car like this as it has the one of the best sounding musical instruments in the BMW orchestra right in front of the cabin. Even on the 540i I have only done one thing with the radio ever, and that was to turn it off.

True, even after all the effort I went to reverting back to OEM on mine, I now leave it off all the time, just so I can listen to that engine.

Yeah you just can't beat the sound of the big six when it shoves you back into your seat as it passes 4k rpm

lol, was hoping if somebody is close.....

If you're looking for a low mileage (80,000km) clean E34 M5, mine is available at R110k. Aftermarket rims and lights but originals are available. It's with a dealer at present but I can pull it off his stand. Fordkoppie and Legacy detailed the car in January so they can give you an objective view of it's condition

Adi, i can promise you that that car wont be in the same condition as AJM's and his is available for only R10k more. Once you re fit all the original (bolt on) parts which he has, you wont find anthing better..........Bar mine, but it is not available
