E34 Bits needed

Hi All,

I am looking for an E34 drivers door seal/insert in grey, a center console in really good condition..

Also, I have a bit of a noise in the pulley system, but I am not too sure where its coming from, I have a belt squeek and I see my aircon pulley is slightly worn, so I am looking for as many bits from the front pulley drive as possible, you can never have enough spares (This is for the M60B40 of course)

PM if ya have any of the above.

Anybody got any tips for diagnosing a belt line moan, it kinda sounds like a bearing so it could be anything...

Take the belt off and inspect the idler and tensioner pulleys and the alternator by spining it with your hand.....
Check the belt for cracks and if the back of the belt is smooth or still have the cross patern on it,
Replace whatever is worn with new stuff. I have seen those small pulleys seize and end up in the radiator.

Strip and see... only answer here.

Although I was going to nurse it to december where I want to strip off the entire nose from a botched panel beating job..

Although pulleys going through radiators means that I must perhaps step this one up a bit...

If the ribbed belts are old they literally squeal like a bearing. Change the belts first.

I have several door seals in grey but none are perfect, the trick is to remove a section of the rubber (glued on) rejoin to your original with superglue. you can have them if you want to try.

Just gave away my grey console to Jandre, but maybe we can refinish yours, just like spray painting, I can send you the dye.
