e34 540i manual owner found in East london

Quite by chance I spoke to a guy fixing one of our cranes in the factory and ...he drives a e34 540i manual . He said they are scarce , I replied only 72 made here and he was suprised I knew that . I asked him to join our ranks , would be nice if every surviving e34 540 manual owner was a fanatics family member .:thumbs:
Only problem the front right wheel does not sit centered in the wheel arch , the wheel sits more forward than the left wheel . He just spent quite a few grand on suspension recon .:argh:

There are a couple of guys on the forum that also have these, Nic_s and Wykid are two that I can name of the top of my head, and there is another guys, not sure what his forum name is again now.

Then I also have the gearbox that came out of one of these laying in my garage, and I know there is another member on here that has two :grin:

Currently I don't know of another E34 540 manual here in Cape Town. I'm sure there must be, but I guess they're hiding. If you ever find own and can buy it, do it. Just do it :thumb:

I own no. 9 and I think I'm right in saying that Wykid owns no. 7. Now we just need no. 8
