Are you guys aware that the GTR is plagued with serious Gearbox issues,especially when the Launch Control is often used.To make matters worse Nissan are known to refuse to cover it under Motorplan.To chase positive Sales figures Nissan opted to equip the car with a Launch control that would allow it to dominate the 0-100 km/h market.If GTR owners are found to have used the Launch control to obtain the 3.6 sec sprint to 100 as promised in the Brochure,their Motorplan will be cancelled if the Gearbox sustained damage.Having said that,its still a amazing car and there's no doubt it is the Benchmark to beat.

But then it breaks!!
So after beating everybody in a robot-to-robot; Porsches, Lambos, Ferrari and whatever else, you don't even go home in Datsun. You have to wait for a tow truck...

That applies to the old models only, from 2011 onwards launch control can be used as many times as u like, it has a protection mode when there is abuse, the 11 model does 0-100 in 3s flat, the 12 model does 2.8s and has 405kw

Without a doubt it is a head turner, it's not the best looking car out there, but I've seen worse.

It needs to look the way it looks becoz what it delivers is scary stuff.

0-100km/h in 2.8sec is challenging some bikes for sprinting!
