I hear you, Thinking of changing the whole cross member that comes with the two vertical plates std, but just needed to get it running so I can take it to the guy that rebuilt the motor and have it tuned (post run-in tune) and get some Dyno figures.

Also have to source that fuel leak, or rather DISASTER :argh:

just make a new bracket 6mm thick that you weld to the beam on top that one is too flimsy and will eat up the new mounting

No worries man, got home ok, after a couple of turns leaving my 'fuel mark' everywhere :roflol: Made it home with just over reserve :thumbdo: Really want to get the car fixed up so I can take it for re tune and finally get some figures :joy: Maybe, dare I even say an official drag :fencelook: Provided I have some slicks on the back

Sure thing, probably only in the new year at this rate. Work is keeping me away from home for sooo long now  However work is fun :joy:

I'll have to start looking out for slicks and drag events. Tarlton and ODI where else? bearing in mind closer to centurion the better...
