E30 318 info Please

a mate of mine has got a E30 318I
would like to know, does the twin cam head fit staright on, what would he need to change it to the twin cam head.

and a roof, it is a convertable, but his roof is looking a little on the dodgy side, anyone know where he could get one, in the JHB area?

I'm pretty sure the twin cam head won't fit. It's best to either redo the current motor or swap it with an M42.
