Hi guys please help I'm in desperate need for some assistance, my radiator got damaged and I need one. Please refer me to the right pool or those fellow Bimmers who have one available kindly help a brother out by selling to me?

Yes, agreed. They manufacture Behr (OEM fitment) radiators.

Thanks guys, yes I have indeed tried Silverton Radiators and they couldn't help me and referred me to Grand Mark, I tried all their branches and couldn't come up with anything positive. It would of been great if the radiator guys could make one up for me but, I seem to have no luck till thus far. And what a sin not to be able to take my boy out on Sundays...

It might be worthwhile to then compare it to the radiator of something more recent like maybe a e34 535i, as it might be possible to get it to fit without too much trouble. The real winner would be if it is similar enough to the radiator from an e34 540i, because they are relatively cheap and easy to find.



Out of interest where is the radiator damaged? If it is the tanks on the sides it might be possible to get it fixed.


Also have you tried the normal part places like Autozone and Midas, they have surprised me in the past with obscure things they stock.

Edit: Might also be worthwhile to have a chat with Adi on the forum, he has restored an e12 535i so maybe he might be of some help regarding parts for older 5's.

Thank you, I really appreciate it and will try see if this is possible. I think I might just try a few options at this moment since I'm struggling with my situation. I will look up Adi and ask for some assistance, thank you. The Radiator were damaged on the top section and 4 valves were lost in the process.

The previous owner of my 635 had a radiator custom made IIRC

Will check for invoices in file I received with the Shark and confirm which company- maybe they can help... if they still exist. Will get back 2 u ASAP
