Hi, having a challenge with my cluster, have replaced batteries, but the inspection light stays on, even after doing the reset 1-7 for 10-12 seconds, anybody got any ideas?

Yes look for dry capacitors.

You change them, and the cluster will behave

ok, silly question, how is a dry capacitor to be spotted?
