So got the first qoute back.... R52 400. There are some items they listed that according to me should not be replaced like my head and tail light. It suffered no damage so i don't know why its listed. Crossing off the unescessary items it could go down to R48 000.

Its sad but you won't get nothing off him..... a Marmite monster with no licence in a un insured car. No licence and balled tires, knocked my E90 and did R82000 damage I had pictures and video of the accident as it was outside my house they were even falling out of the car and throwing out beer bottles , the guy was arrested .
End of the day the lawyers from MI WAY said they are not persuing it any further as the guy was unemployed and lives in a shack. so I still wish to this day that I had just beaten the black off him instead of keeping my cool .
Best is my car took nearly 3 months to repair due to parts , but the guys car was pasing my house again within a month
The tosser did not even appologise for his actions or show any remorse.
Scum should be wiped of the face of the earth
