Downpipe and noise

Hi all,
I'm hesitating to fit catless downpipe on my N55 PWG E90 335i.
Thinking of using TMSS solution without putting software.
Can you share some experience of noise level after fitment?
Anyone put resonators over the catback pipes?

Its quite loud on cold start, but once it settles after start up it sounds quite nice.
No drone, etc...I have a TMSS DP with M perf box. No software.

you wont need software if you fit in a minicat.

Sounds awesome to hear the turbo whistle through the pipe and the car is happier also.
I have DP + Full M performance exhaust on E82 135i N55 PWG

I had DP and MPE on my ex M135i and she sounded so nice with no drone.

Got a decat on my N55, damn it sounds sweet.

The cold startup is the best part, also I leave the exhaust flap open so its crazy loud on start up..

It sounds insane.

Driving is quiet, just slightly louder than stock - but a beautiful sound indeed. I would decat for the sound alone. Then there's the performance:thumbs:

I haven't done it yet. Rogue tells me no need of MiniCat. I can't believe that.

Checked my flap on other thread, mine flap is open when start, no matter cold or warm. Once the gear got engaged, the flap is closed.
