R3000 is a good price and it will be a direct bolt-on and give you a slight bump in acceleration too.
You don't have to go far to get it either.

I've currently got a 3.23 ratio in, so it would actually give me slightly worse acceleration.

I'm working on getting parts to build 3.46 LS Diff.
