Well, if reversing, you cant look at the speedo, cause you looking out the back window to see where you going, so I dont know how fast I was going

As far as I know reverse and 1st is the same gear ie ratio ie speed in 1st @ rev limiter = speed in Reverse @ rev limiter.
Unless its an auto. . . . R is for racing.
