Even if I had to go through such frustration with a car and a company, and was hellbent on protesting and communicating my discontent, I would still not be able to take it out on the car like that...while looking like a complete and utter CHOP in the process...:nonono:

And this ladies and gentlemen is why South Africans get screwed. Europeans don't take Kak. If this was SA the guy would have given up, sold it at a loss and had a good moan down the pub about BMWs.

I think he was justified... (OK I haven't seen the video, but get the jist), he has been fighting with BMW for 5 years!!! BMW Italy says BMW German must fix- BMW Germany says Italy must fix!! All this after he won the court case!

I bet someone was shot in BMW customer services Munich after this!!

In a move that seems to be becoming increasingly fashionable, this German BMW owner, apparently disgruntled by the service received from his local dealership, pulled-up outside the entrance to 2013 Frankfurt motor show and proceeded to take an axe to his E63 M6.

Shame.

I have to disagree buddy... BMW Drivers in SA have it the best in the world SA is the only place in the world that M/PLan exists. If this guy had M/plan the local dealer would have just replaced bits until it was fixed :)

IN europe an the US you get a standard 3 Years/60 000 miles waranty. Which Covers only major parts failures (no wear and tear and defo no servicing)

Warranty covers all failures that are not driver caused in warranty period. So exactly like Motorplan except you have to pay for your services so in reality Motorplan is warranty, some consumables and services.
So you pay for a Motorplan that is mostly warranty and think you are getting a deal. It is such a good con all manufacturers are doing now... but only in SA... wonder why?

What this guy suffered was clearly a warranty issue.

So if your gearbox goes bang it is warranty. Dealer replaces and makes a warranty claim to BMW. The same happens in SA except they charge you for the privilege here.

The guy with the axe didn't look very unhappy. He seemed to be enjoying the attention, and I'd be embarrassed if my axe didn't make much of a dent. Luckily his buddy brought a sledge hammer.

Crazy:biglol::biglol:

A bit PDR , light flat and a polish will bring it back to new again..:biglol:

Amazing how the axe could not pierce through the sheet metal.

Was hillarious to watch the Audi drive pass

This makes me so sad. Besides being such a waste of a car, I'm working my ass off trying to earn enough to just pay the rent and this guy is tearing apart a R1.5M+ car! Give me that car. I will sell it and buy a house.

I'm sorry, but all this guy succeeded in doing is saying to the world "I am a d**s with too much money". The fact that the guy in the suit walks around with such a smug looks on his face just makes me want to take a hammer to it.

This guy wasn't smacked hard enough as a child. Probably grew up knowing if you throw a big enough tantrim you get what you want.

How is this not different than a 9 year old jumping on a bag of chips in the middle of Shoprite because there is too much air in the bag and too little chips.
