Difference between 323i e90 and 325i e90 (in terms of engine, not features)

HI guys.. I have my 323i m\a for 3 years now.

But since I got it I was always interested in knowing what the difference between the 323i engine is and the 325i.. for sure power.. but technically what does the 325i have that the 323i does not.. Electronics?
