Definitive Tuning Dyno Day | 3rd March 2012
Phew, well guys what an excellent day that was!
First and foremost, thank you to the Fanatics that joined us today - Some to Dyno their beasts and others just to partake in the event.
For our first ever Dyno Day I reckon we did well with 69 cars Dyno'ed and many many more present and enjoying fresh coffee and Boerewors Rolls as well as chilled tunes presented by Unique Sound.
I think the event went smoothly and I was extremely impressed with Dyno Tech for their excellent service and willingness to get all the cars through.
A special congratulations | Definitive Tuned BMW E90 320D
Well done to Lee, who had his car tuned with Definitive Tuning and promotec. Your 320D is an absolute beaut churning out 148.8Kw & 426Nm with just a de-DPF and promotec software. :thumbs:
The Final Results | Power | Performance | Joy | Definitive Services
With a total of 11466.7kw and 21907Nm worth of power and torque, this event sure allowed the those that took part from all various clubs and manufacturers to really show off their cars.
Attached is a PDF with all the figures for you to drool over. :thumbs:
Well done particularly to Jeanre making 112.2kw with his E30 325i, Zane with his E36 328i making 161kw and the two earth shattering 335i's making a whopping 583Nm & 578Nm Torque respectively.
It was also excellent to see Grants epic 130i on the road again and the noise from the E46 330i with its Van Der Linde Branches was absolutelly stunning.
So many highlights I cannot even begin to start listing them. :joy:
Finally, thank you Max for the pictures and videos and for Mo's friend for taking pictures and videos too.
So, when is the next one?!

Well done guys. Was a good event! Just a question, i noticed my 130i made 181kw and 280nm...thats a bit off the 195kw and 315nm claimed as stock figures? My car is 100% stock. I would have expected atleast 300nm. Are the common problems on the 130i causing them to lose power?
