Dealership is KAK!!!

ok.... as per my original post its been 11 weeks now and my car has come back from BMW sa technical yesturday at 1 o'clock.... I got a nice letter stating that as per BMW specifications there is nothing wrong with me car!!! And that the rear knock is normal, and they have done all the tests to prove this. i tell the dealership i cant collect the car today but i will collect it firdt thing friday morning! So i get a call from the BMW dealership last night at 8:30pm from the service manager saying he took my car for a test drive as well as 2 other 320d (same spec as mine) and there seems to be a problem with the diff??? wtf :argh:

I have been arguing this now for weeks and they couldn't find a problem now and BMW wrote a letter stating it is normal that my car knocks at the rear!!!

Now im really pissed off! just shows you how BMW SA actually tests the vehicles and they put it in writing that my car is 100 % up to BMW standards.

Im sure i can now take this further????

What you guys think? Should i go to the media about this?

Do it. I've never experienced what could be called "good service" from any dealer. It's absolutely pathetic.

If you can find "media" that is willing to listen please give me their details as well, this far unless I pay for an advert nobody even replied to me... :)

The daily voice will listen to anyone ! You can tell them there's an alien in your diff and they'll believe you.

Hey Mamba.... They say the diff is damaged and they should be receiving the diff today then it should be all ok...
The minute i get my car back i am definitly taking it furthur...
I have filled out a carte blanche story request on the internet so lets see if that gets anywhere as well.....

Gosh I signed an offer to purchase a BMW 325i under m plan. I am based in cape town and used Zeemax for my previous cars and have had no issues.

Which BMW dealership should I use for services in ctn as I don't want to experience nearly half the horror I'm reading about.

BMW SANDTON !!!

BMW SANTON is really the most terrible!! I sent my car there and got the tow bar cover stolen there in Sep. 2012.
