dainese vs alpinestars

i was hoping someone here could provide insite.
I am looking and purchasing a dainese jacket, problem is I am based in cpt and found one in jhb so fitting it is a problem. I have yet to find a retailer that stocks dainese in cpt.

my question is ;
Has anyone here owned an alpinestar jacket and a dainese how are they regarding sizing?

Sizing is tricky, the inner lining can come out so the jacket is a tight fit but comfy.
Once the lnner liner is out it fits better.

Do you guys have a full throttle in Cape Town?

nope, most of the retailers in cpt stock RST and i refuse to buy another RST jacket. paid 3k for my last one and after few months the zip broke, the stitching in the seams started coming apart and the shop I bought it from does not want to hear anything. RST quality is just shocking.

Race1 gave me excellent service found a nice one, the problem is that I cant go on the size chart thats why I would like to know if the dainese and alpinestars are similar in sizes. Dont want to buy from oseas and the jacket gets here and its too small cause of the style.

Revzilla have a great sizing scale... they ship to SA if you order over 300USD.
If the item is incorrect or whatever, he will replace or take it back including shipping at his cost.

Just a matter of leaving it in our lovely countries postal service.
