Bought a GPS mount unfortunately the radius of the mount does not match the handle bars, made it work. The base mount looks rough. Need to first test the setup , if I am happy I will make a proper neat mount for the GPS. And wire the bike with a power cable for the GPS.

Also "installed" some blind spot mirrors no matter what you do you just keep seeing your shoulders in that spot. So now I see right next to me just outside my vision.

I don't a have top box just yet still testing the waters, considering building my own one to meet my needs. The problem is, more I think about it the more complicated I make it :hammerhead:.

Back in action, so after much pondering during my break. And having used the bike a fair bit before leaving. I have decided to rather buy a top box which can house the gloves, jacket and pants. The boots are fine to walk with when not clamped down. Also got a helmet "chain". Will leave a pair of work shoes at work.

The box bounces a bit, I rate it needs small space to aid with that, will sort it out asap. Also will hopefully get my new GPS power cable and 12v USB socket so I charge some devices when riding. Going to put the plug point in the top box as the battery sits just underneath the box.

Had to adjust the chain - simple but rewarding task.

Tomorrow will be my first proper traffic commute, anyway some pics.

Got round to installing the power supply for the GPS tonight. Cable runs inside the frame, not visible and away from heat sources( I hope :hammerhead:). In rate it looks neat.

French legislation requires riders to stick reflective stickers on their helmets, I stuck one of the stickers on the back of my helmet. Kept the others with the aim of "maybe" using them at a later stage. Last night while re-installing the top box I checked to see if the silver on it reflects - it does not. So the helmet stickers are here to test the waters. I rate anything to be more visable is good, before and after pics.

It seems my dam tablet is against having the photo's upright, sorry guys.
