Good day, can someone please tell me what this is?

Thinking of taking my car to Bruce Spears CPT for engine fix, think it has a cracked sleeve or block, anyone who dealed with them before? Reviews?

It looks similer to what I have on my E46 318i . If it is the same then,
Its a water valve and water pump . Whats wrong with yours? If yours is faulty , you could try flushing it out , or if its really gummed up , unscrew the 4 screws on each piece , and clean it up from the inside .

Its used for the Air conditioner / interior heating etc part of the climate control system .

It get warm once I turn the ignition on multiple times. Is that normal?
