Hi ALL,

PLEASE note that Blue Peter is still CLOSED, due to renovations. I'm just down the road and I go there alot. If you wanna go to somewhere in the Blouberg area, I will figure out where we can go.

I can organise with Cubana in Table View to reserve parking for us. They've done it before for us. They do lunches etc.
I will speak to them tomorrow and find out if it can be done.

Otherwise what about SpeedWays Cafe in Gardens. We all meet up at BMW SMG in Century City, then drive along N1, then M3 to Hout Bay via Constantia Nek, then Camps Bay and end up at Speedways Cafe.

What you guys think.

PS: This date (6 Sept) works out perfect for me. Cos I was planning a breakfast run for EXCLUSIVELY ///M on the same day. I know that alot of members/ppl wont attend events during the "Fasting" which starts this Sat. But a few members wanna have a B/run soon. So we will join you guys instead.

Also, the next big B/run for Exclusively ///M will be to Hermanus during the Whale Festival (Sept/Oct). We should combine it with you guys

They've been closed over a month now. In fact La Med in Camps Bay is also closed, drove past there last weekend, ended up at Caprice instead.

Speedways will also be alright for family

The Houtbay drive sounds great. Just find out from M@t what happening at Speedway at the 6th. He's hangs out there a lot.

earlier i said how about spur in Gordon's Bay? There's a big open parking next to it and the beach is just there aswell?

Spier is even better, if we decide to go in that direction (Strand/Somerset West areas). At Spier we can get picnic baskets etc and sit on the lawn or at the Cafe.

Exclusively ///M has been there twice.

cant we try more weekly get together's like the ford guys every thursdays at N1 city, or like every second week... What do you guys think?

ZoopedUp do the same, but they do it once a month on the last Wed of the month at Tiger Wheel and Tyre at N1 City at 8pm.

We can maybe do ours at SMG. Maybe on a Sat afternoon, and walk across the road to Time Cafe for drinks and eats. We can see our cars perfectly from Time Cafe. Exclusively //M has done this twice or 3 times.
Also, if we wanna go in SMG then we must go there at 12, cos they close at 1pm. Otherwise I can arrange that they stay open till 2pm

Drive out of Somerset west towards cape town on the N2, take the R310 towards stellenbosch... you cant miss spier on your right hand side.

Aquacor Property Developers..... residential, commerical, light industrial but specialize in sexy inner city apartments and townhouses

So far Spier is one of the options. I tried our clubhouse in Melkbos, but they wont allow all of us in.

But another option could be Franschoek.

Or if you got any other ideas mention it then we can make a plan of 2 venues in case the weather cancels the 1st option. But Spier is 1 of them.
