I'm happy with 2 options...

1. Blue Peter as the good weather / bring the family option
2. Waterfront Parking lot as the other option. I'm thinking Waterfront cause there is a big section below the Cinemas which is usually empty.. or the newer lot near the Aquarium (think wives and kids people!!) which is also mostly open at the back and on the 1st floor and is cheaper than the main parking area. Ideally we want all the cars to be together and then all head off for a burger or something...

btw a nice place to meet on a Sunday morning is also the parking lot at the top of Kloof Nek just before heading up to tbl mountain.. very picturesque and nice place to start a drive.... sea side drive to Hout Bay... fish n chips for the family etc... sea side drive back through Camps Bay...

The kak thing about a long drive as well, is that you dont get to socialize, you might as well just take a drive by yourself same difference. I want to sit down and chat :blah:

I'm going away to MacGreggor this weekend, thats my driving money budget for the next 2 yrs gone

I must agree with Don on this one.... don't mean to be an A$$HOLE or anything but going for a drive is very frustrating for me.. or very short for me.. depending on whether I use the accelerator or not..

There is a really nice place half way between Gordon's Bay and Hangklip, its on the mountain pass just after the road leaves the ocean side, but I think that it is usually full of bikers
