This makes the trip quite a bit further for the Centurion/PTA people.Will there be any guys from PTA's side be meeting up somewhere to convoy from that side?

Morning guys, because we have people coming in from acorss the region, itnwould make sense ro setuo multiple convoys. This is the one the events team is using, we welcome any other convoys that member want to setup.

Sure there are other guys from Midrand here also.

I stay in Centurion,so let's maybe gauge the interest from this side and see what we can arrange in terms of a meeting point etc.

The reason we chose this as a meeting point is because it is just off the N12, which most people are going to use. Even if you are in Midrand the quickest way is via the N12.

Unfortunately catering for everyone is quiet impossible. Go with whatever works best for you guys. :thumbs:

Remember the guys taking a different route will have to eventually merge onto the N12 to get to Redstar as well.

I understand that 100% ,it's impossible to cater for all the fanatics from all over GP. I know most of the PTA guys would most probably use Delmas road to go to Redstar which makes the trip a lot shorter for the guys from PTA,but I am unsure of the condition of the Delmas road between Bapsfontein and Delmas. If it turns out that the Delmas road is in poor condition,the N12 would definitely be the best bet for us too.

We are travelling from PTA East (Menlyn). Will be taking the Delmas road (shortest path to RedStar). Will leave home 5h45 so probably start of Rigel/N1 at 6h00 .... so be about 45 min
