So all out of nowhere, I was phoned by Bmw Finance, Bmw SA customer service and recieved e-mails. Must say, seem there is customer service after all, well pity you have to make a fuss first, but nice recovery from them.:thumbs:

Tip, you wanna complain, let Bmw Finance know, not the cutomer service centre. Big up to Bmw Finance:thumbs:
