howzit fanatics...I recently had to change my computer box cause it got water inside. (E90 325) bought a 2nd hand box and replaced. all information was transferred from old box to the new 1. but the milage displayed is from the old box which is 228 000km where as my milage was only 77 000km. ive been told they need to change the chip in the dash to get the milage right. is this correct? and if so whats the cost cause I already spent 4.5k to transfer the info from 1 box to another. please help.

i'm pretty sure a AK90 programmer would be able to correct the mileage

Tell me, do you have a tamper dot on the dash? A little dot right before your trip counter?

AK90 won't help you here, nor will an AK300.
