Hi Guys

Not sure if this has been uploaded yet. I am in the process of getting a Tune on my 135i and researching the best tune led me to this..

You wont find a definite answer. This will just end in a mud slinging contest. lol
I`ve seen you have done some searching just pick your favorite.
I`ve got the JB4 and the Cobb. I am extremely happy with both. I had software on the car but it was no match for my current setup.

All good tunes. Marginal differences.
You've gota see what you want from your car, will you be adding on hardware.
Make sure the tune you going for has good support here in SA

Well for now I only want to get a software tune going that is MP safe. After MP I'm aiming for a 450whp build, so I will be adding a bit of hardware. From my research so for the JB4 PNP Stage 3 looks like it will do both. I can switch maps to accommodate the right hardware and fuel mixtures ect..

Only software tune that is motorplan safe is the BMW Performance Power Pack 1. You can read about it here

Oh wait, saw on another post that motorplan is an issue

Any mod is not approved my motorplan, besides the factory tunes. I have seen cars lose their plan due to pigybacks recently. In fact a few cars.

Talking from experience. I have been in my Xcede tuned and downpiped E92 N54 335i for a week now and what an insane difference. My car is absolutely mental right now and is still adapting in. Im already afraid to give total horns because the ass wants to dance all the time. Thats with 20" and 275 width at the rears.

Point is, when your power reaches the level of the cars we drive, the maps that you run make a marginal difference in power and non that you physically feel. Couple of ponies to the left and right of what your car can do just with a map aint gonna make a world of difference.

No matter what you choose, enjoy it.
Big up to my homies Sherwin and Alistair. Great work on a tough 335i:thumbs::bravo::ty:

That is super awesome. I have been wondering how would my heavy E93 335i handle the extra power versus the E92? Will the extra weight make it dance less ?
