clutch replacement bmw 120i

Hi guys

i need some assistance and advice;
im sure this has been discussed before, however i cannot find answers to my questions;

i recently purchased a 2006 bmw 120i with 125 000km on it.
the clutch is shuddering upon takeoff and i have been advised by the mechanic that the clutch must be replaced.

Which manufacturer supplies BMW with the OEM clutch? is it LUK?
and where would i be able to buy a clutch kit at a reasonable price?
im based in cape town.

I would go with the Sachs clutch, offered to you earlier. They're on most the German cars and really work well..........
