on the white of your car, a slightly darker tint, but with lots of chrystal clear effect, should actually look nice....just not anything "matt", and not too dark either

Bumper is slightly misaligned so I don't know if there's any serious damage inside or what needs to happen. It might not even be worth it claiming from insurance.

The culprit, a 76 year old lady:

Her car looks a bit worse off compared to the 5er.

She says she's insured with OUTsurance, but at the same time kept saying "please go easy on me" so I'm not too sure what will happen. I took all her details and went to get a case number for insurance. Will get a quote and take it from there...

Might not be worth claiming?

I can't help but feel sorry for the old lady. She got all tearful. Curse my small heart.

The worst part... I saw it happen right in front of me as I was walking back to my car from the shop, and she was trying to park next to me.

I have no idea. Won't attempt it myself in fear of damaging the paint.

But I want it resprayed anyway, as the centre of the bumber is faded or marked or something. Also want the bootlid resprayed.

76 years old
don't feel sorry for her
she shouldn't be aloud to drive anymore, if she cannot park

it is time this old goat hangs up her driving gloves
In the UK they would send her for remedial driver training, and she would probably fail, end of driving licence

next time she will kill someone because she coudn't see, or coudn;'t react properly anymore yada-yada

Agree with that. Perhaps time she get someone to drive her around. Today just a parking mishap, tomorrow might cost someone their lives.

Are you serious?
Your comments are a tad bit insensitive as if you not gonna get old at any point in your life. You don't have any idea what her circumstances are and why she still has to drive.
Yes she may be a risk on the road but so are drunken drivers and the rest of the idiots on the road.
She's insured and for Chef's sake I hope it all works out and glad nobody got hurt.
My advice is just have some respect for the elderly, people have to deal with different circumstances and we don't know what's hers, it's not like she hit and run or something.

Usually on fora, this sort of incident is greeted with calls for the return of the death penalty, or for the culprit to be flung down a disused mine shaft, or something equally hyperbolic. If Chef's car had been biffed by a taxi under the same circumstances, would the tone be as conciliatory?

To the OP, sorry to see that you car got biffed. Hope it get's sorted soon.
