Changed My mags

hi guys my runflats needed changing so decided to replace the 16inch set for a set of 17inch.. AND i changed the run flats to normal tyres 222/45/17 falkens which gives a much much better ride then the runflats !!!!!! and bought the BMW MOBOLITY 17INCH SPARE WHEEL .. just in case ;-)

Same wheels as mine, but I have the Conti RFTs! :cursin:

Been also thinking of going for the Falkens or the Goodyear F1 Eagle Assy tyres. Out of interest, did you get the 17" wheels from the agents or second hand, cost?

Looking good BTW! Must be nice to not have tramlining...

Thanks phillip .... Bought the rims on gumtree with runflats for 4000 but was not happy with it so removed it and fitted the falkens ..tyres costed me 3100 brand new .

Not a bad price and they look as good as new in the pics. Yep, R3100 for four new NORMAL tyres is like paying for one average RFT! It's crazy! Enjoy!

Yip true runflats prices are crazy ... Got quoted 8600 for 4 runflats. .yip the mags are in gud condition .

That's still "reasonable", try a tad over R20K for a set of Pirelli 18" RFT's for my father in law's Z4!! LOL
