central locking packed up again!!!!

well i created a new thread just the other day about the new e90 facelift - now my wife's brand new e90 facelift - its done 4000 km, the central locking has packed up.

now this has been a problem on all her bmw's right from the first one - e46...WHY oh WHY have they not fixed it - and it cant be a fuse...

What is the problem with the central locking?

our 120i had a problem it had to do with the programming on the key.
also unlocking and locking the car with the key and not the remote, can cause problems sometimes.
