Ok, the coffee mobiles requirements:
1. Needs electricity ( has genie for backup)
2. Minimum of 150-200 people else its not worth it.
3. He's booked for the next 2 months
4. No cost to us, his takings are his.
Might not be the best idea for us. Maybe after a few Cars and Coffee when the numbers increase we can look at it.
Ok, so here's my proposal.
Date: 17 August 2013
Day: Saturday
Time: 16:00 - 18:00
Venue: Stoneridge Value Mart Underground Parking or, parking lot at the rear entrance.
There's a Wimpy and a couple coffee shops in the centre and Ridgeway Bar for those who want something a little stronger (bring a designated driver if you plan to drink.)
This will be for the first one, we can rotate venues as I would like to have these at least once a month. We can dub this "Cars and Coffee EastRand".
PS- date and time is up for discussion.

1. Please tell me how/where we can better the meet up?
2. Was the time and date suitable for all? If not, please suggest suitable times?
3. Was the location central? If not, please suggest suitable location?
4. Did you have any issues at the location? Please list?
5. Was the coffee good? If not, are there alternatives at the location?
6. Suggest any changes? Please detail?
At the end of the day, we try to make everyone happy. But, there will always be some who can attend, yet others have other arrangements. Either way, i need to know for future Cars and Coffee how to go about selecting the Time, location, etc. I can only do this with your help.
Feel free to suggest any other meets in other threads, lets keep this discussion to the Cars and Coffee that has already occurred or will occur in the future.

i cant complain much,only thing was the cars were far away from the coffee shop,and the rent a cop and no photo nonsense
