Carbon130i Meetup - Kyalami Race Track

Hi Guys,

So with Carbon130i coming to GP the weekend of the 2nd of November, he has asked me to plan a meet up so we can meet him and socialize like we do at the Cars and Coffee...

Carbon130i comes to GP

Carbon will be attending a meeting at Kyalami Race track on the Saturday, 2nd November and there is also a race day at the same time.

Thought we could watch some track cars on the straights and meet Carbon130i at the same time.

Date: 02 November 2013
Day: Saturday
Time: 2pm - 5pm
Venue: Kyalami Race Track - Stands across the Pits

I would suggest we park next to the stands we will be sitting at. If anyone wants to suggest another spot, it will be appreciated.

Any concerns, suggestions or ideas, please advise?

PS - Im not certain i will be in GP that weekend. Might be in Sun City. Still unsure. But if im here, i will be at Kyalami between 2 and 5pm.

We can also do a "Cars and Coffee" on Sat evening and/or a run on Sunday.

I've made my flight back to CT for Sunday evening, so that we can do something on Sunday for those of you that can't join on Sat..... Otherwise I will go visit family/friends on Sunday if there's no event

As soon as i get permission from the place, i shall let you know. But, it will NOT be on the weekend of the 2nd. Will either be the 9th or 16th.

Sorry man, the cars and coffee meet up has to be in the middle of the month, when people dont have groceries, shopping, modding, etc to do.

I think the best option for the moment is to have a meet up at Kyalami.

I don't mind, whatever is easiest for you guys. So far I'm free after Kyalami (from 5:30pm) and Sunday.
Once you guys have decided on the event, I will make plans with family/friends for the other free time I have.
I have to be at the airport by 5pm on Sunday
