Car pop out of gear on 335i e90

Hi guys my bro has a automatic n54 335i. He has done a full gearbox service but when he drives the car hard the car car pops out of gear. As in like pops into neutral.

Any suggestions on what the issue could be?

Best would be to go back to the guys that did the service for a diagnosis, or contact ZF for advice if it was not done by them.
