Hey guys! I'm new to the forum.. and actually pretty new to the BMW world!!
Was born with a gearshift in my hand, and have now eventually managed to get my hands on 'The ultimate driving machine"..
So here's the family:
1995 Mercedes C280 Sport
Full Koni Suspension
Brabus
Intake
Alpine, MB Quart, JBL
1988 Golf MKII GTi 1800 8V
Totally original
2006 Seat Leon FR 2.0 T-FSi
Totally Stock
And, Last but not least, the latest addition to the family..
2004 E60 525i 6-Speed Manual
She has 176 000km
Is in need of a bit of TLC, such as new shocks, rack ends, coolant bottle, alternator and a bit of painting and polishing..we'll get her there soon! But other than that a truly surprising car in terms of performance from a 2.5 inline 6!! Guess it's got to do with the aluminium front end, suspension and propshaft..
Future plans:
To sell the 525i and Seat FR in the next few months and get the pinnacle of driving cars: e46 M3 manual.
Looking forward to many great discussions, and loads of pleasure from my new BMW!!
