Hi guys,

Came accross this http://www.e90post.com/forums/showthread.php?t=274792

It is on the E90, for the E90 drivers, see if there is something there.

I haven't read the link but AFAIK, the E90 LCI came with this feature which allowed you to activate the parks lamps when unlocking.

Could a LCI owner confirm?

Our E90 LCI does it when you unlock it, the parks & number plate lights go on :)
My M3(pre LCI) also activates the angel eyes when unlocked. But then again it has extended light package, don't know if its standard.

Okay, Seems we need a relay, I will do some more research on this tonight and fill you in tomorrow. or later, haha.

And yes, I know I can turn them on for 30sec when the car is off but want them to come on when I unlock the car as well, for when I have to walk back so to say.

Thanks guys, Let me know if you find or know of anything.

If You look at the PDF attached in this thread: http://www.e46fanatics.com/forum/showthread.php?t=670380 it was never an option on the e46.

x 2...

Mine activates the angel eyes (only when it's dark), when I unlock... Also have the extended light package, and am not sure if it's perhaps standard.

Or you can just do this

Okay, What did you do to get to that point? I am importing new xenon headlight kits and fog lights.

That will work for me.

And then as far as I got every where it talked of the relay one needs to place, they do this with the interior lighting, Like most of you said.

But as far as to program it and or so, not possible on the e46.

Guys want to thank all of you.
