Just had a 1/4 mutton bunny from Royal Indian Cuisine in Queensburgh

Excellent! I recommend it.

Taste 4.5/5
Value 4/5 (quite big, 1 small potato, enough meat - R42)
Heat 3/5 (I didn't even break a sweat, but enough heat to know its a curry)

So if I am to understand this correctly one has to be in Durbs by the sea to have a decent bunny chow?

What happened to the Jhb establishments?

Curry may be from India .
But the bunny is home grown , proudly Indian South African.

Below is the bunny from Orientals. But the Silverani's is better imo.

Bit disappointing today. Bunny with no crust on the base. I hate that. Becomes too soggy. Inconsistency FTL

I had the same issue yesterday.. I asked for the crust (always ask ) and he went to the back to check for me and he had the last quarter with no crust which I declined. Apparently he sold 22 loaves over the course of the day :tiptoe:

Currylicious in Bellairs Mall sells a good Mutton bunny.

Dheli Dharbar in Benmore also pretty good.
