Vsomai has does enough e90's and I'm sure he can help you out.
When I was doing research for my own car that's when I came across OSS designs , if you follow some of vishal's threads I would like to think he tackles the Job in the same manner.

Maybe it's something for you to consider when you take your trip down to durb's ???

You were headed in the opposite direction, but the following night I saw you again, I was that doos in the 1 series telling you my diesel is still faster :roflol:... jokes aside, that raspy raspness out the back end is heavenly! LOVE YOUR CAR!!

Rowen took all the Xcede chaps for a drive on Friday... LOL. He found out later why!

Ok so we didn't actually bed down the final power figures on the benchmark KAR dyno. On 18psi with base 95RON pump fuel in a 35 deg ambient day this is what it made:



435.5hp & 738NM on the wheels. Which is 325kw on the wheels & close to 400kw & 900NM at the engine.

I'm pretty sure with decent octane and 20 pounds of boost we can break 350 wheel kw.

raise: love it! This car is a beast and can almost keep up with my 135i when I'm doing 75 and he is doing 70. Almost.

Sounds insane on the dyno! :blab:
