Just do a search on Junk Mail BMW E46 325i, you will see it on there. Are the diff ratios different on the auto E46 325i and manual 325i, because if someone wants to buy this as a rescue project to get a performance car out of the deal, if it was me I would dump the auto box at the same time as swopping the engine.
