I received this email now from the museum. I need you fanatics to please let me know what meals you want, see in Bold below:


Morning Grant

Thank you for the feedback!

I have no problem catering for 50 – however, please just confirm anyway closer to the time, as I don’t want to sit with high wastages.

If you remember our previous email, I did mention that we can only accommodate a maximum of 20 – 25 pax at the most, at a time in the deli. I think if we simply things, the better - for example, we serve the following meals at the deli:

Scone(served with cream, cheese and jam) + Coffee or Tea @ R25 + R50(entrance fee ticket) = Total: R75
Toasted sandwich(Ham and Cheese) + Coffee or a soft drink @ R30 + R50(entrance fee ticket) = Total: R80


if you can please offer them the meals as seen above and have them indicate to you, exactly who would like what – this will enable me to arrange(more or less) accordingly with my chefs, as they bake daily – ensuring quality and fresh produce.
Also, as discussed previously – we will have to split the group – so if you can arrange more a less for the group of 50 to be divided in 2, and have the one half visit the deli and the other half visit the museum – and thereafter we do a swop. Therefore, on your arrival, our security will allocate to you where all 50 of you will be parking. Thereafter – the group will enter the reception, where they must purchase their tickets. Then we split the group; group 1 heads off to the museum and group 2 remains at reception – where we will guide them to the deli. Please advise if you would like a guided tour of the museum – there are no additional costs for this and it will guarantee a specific timing of 45min – 1 hour in the museum, allowing that same time frame for the other half eating in the deli.

Then, I have arranged for the BMW 328 to be on show for your group visit , as requested– what a gorgeous car hey?!! 
