BMWSA complaints email?

Hi guys,

Does anyone have an email address for somebody with some actual authority in the BMW SA complaints department?

Need to make a formal complaint against one of the BMW shops thats had a kak attitude and has been messing around with doing work on my girlfriends car, the level of quality has been seriously disgusting.

Shit like that is why I bought an audi instead (hoping it will be better with audi but dont know yet)

Been down this same road years ago.

Basically, if you e mail [email protected], you will get the same response as when you mail BMW themselves.

To my mind they are seriously lacking in the customer care department.

I wonder if there are "lurkers" from BMW themselves on this site?

Maybe we do a little vote of confidence here to let them know if they have lost our market share?

If the perceived service levels ever do change for the better I will go into a showroom and buy a new one, but for now I refuse to buy a new car from you nor will I use your dealer service. Because for now your dealer image in general is providing me with some awesome late model BMW cars really, really cheaply.

So would you guys buy a new one?

First line of defence is to use the BMW SA website to enter a complain, this way you are on the system for what is is worth, then when you do not get joy you can take it further.

I did get good feedback from the technical manager although my problems were never sorted out in the end and of course BMW SA every time denied wrongdoing and also never hold the dealers responsible for poor service delivered.

I've actually been looking to change jobs for while now and I think I should get a job at BMW SA, we need a man on the inside. I wanna know what the f@ck is going on in there and why people aren't being treated like the paying customers they are.

I actually got a shock last night when I stopped to think about how much I have spent on cars the last 5 years...
A car a year at average of R200k... R1mil...
If I carry that on thats R6mil over the next 30 years, thats the same as the guy who buys a brand new X5 for R1mil every 5 years, yet BMW will suck up big time to that guy but not to me...

Guys have no idea about how their attitudes are effecting their market share.
