Seems like a mixed bag of some failing and others not. Would be interesting to see how many x35i turbos have failed. :thinking:

golf 5 tdi 1,9 2006 111000km,first turbo failure,150000km started giving problems again sold it for a bmw 323i

Does anyone know of someone who has had an issue with the timing chain failure on the N47 engine(20 D engines)

Pulls strong and no funny sounds, so I believe alls well.

Just to update e90 320 d 2007 140k no turbo problems.

Did replace clutch and dual mass flywheel
